Frequently Asked Questions

Want to know more?
No problem.

We all want to incorporate nature into our day to day lives. Remember that all plants are living beings that have to adapt and react to different environments and conditions. All Plant sales are final. Pottery can be exchanged within 24hrs from purchase as long as nothing has been potted inside.

Where can I park?

Free Parking is located behind the garden, off of NE 73rd Street. Parking spaces are limited and for customers only. If the lot is full, there is parking on the street.

Do you do returns or exchanges?

NO exchanges or returns on plants. All sales are final. **Pottery can be exchanged for a credit within 24 hrs of purchase as long as nothing has been potted inside of it.

Can I bring my own pot?

Yes, you can. However, we do limit the size of the pot up to 3 gallons (10″). If your pot is larger, we recommend doing an installation or a do it yourself at home. Larger pots that have been potted are difficult to transport.

How often should I water my plants?

All plants are different and require different watering regiments. We’ll recommend an amount and suggest how frequently you should be watering. Please note that plants are living organisms and will have to adapt to your environment and are not always so adaptive. That’s the power of nature!

What size pot do I need for my plant?

We recommend giving your plants more space to grow with a pot that is a size or two bigger than its grow pot. If you can’t go bigger, it should be at least the same size as the plastic grow pot.

Do you have shipping options?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. If you are interested in sending someone a gift card to redeem in-store click here.

My plant is sick, what should I do?

Let us know as soon as this occurs, we will try our best to help you. We recommend cleaning off the pest with soapy water and a dish towel to remove anything that is present. The cure for a sick plant is plant and pest specific. We do not carry any pesticides.
